Reports & Timing

We pride ourselves in having an efficient professional team using the latest technology which enables us to give you excellent value for money. Our fees reflect the time taken to complete extensive site survey and cost referencing back in the office.

It is important to note that in the event of any claim, declared values will be scrutinised to ascertain that sums insured are adequate. Our working papers can form the basis of any claim to substantiate values and to provide proof of existence. We feel that insurance valuations conducted prior to renewals are becoming an integral part of good risk management procedures.
